Group: Forum Members Posts: 2, Visits: 14	Hi I just started making RC car shells from Carbon Fibre and am using 2 layers of 200 gram 2x2 twill and EL68 epoxy. The shell has come out really flexible and bendy, i'm sure it will get stiffer over time but is this normal? Am I using the wrong epoxy? Cheers

Group: Forum Members Posts: 2.5K, Visits: 28K	2 layers of 200g carbon is extremely lightweight, it will always be very flimsy. I'd go with 4 layers.
