Hi,

I'm looking to start making bladders to produce hollow parts.

Can anyone recommend a good source for bladder bag material, fittings for connection to the compressed air source?

What's the best way to do this? I've heard of people using heat sealers and poly tubing. What kinds of psi can I expect to attain?

Thanks!

Max

Are you making the bladders for yourself or to sell? A bit of searching on google will ahow the common types of bladder. You can even use bicycle inner tubes to great effect.
If you want bespoke and cheap you can try bagging film welded together with a soldering iron, done that a few times on inner bladders but you need to use them as a double bag setup, but you could incorporate a valve in there too.
