I use a cheap Black&Decker "Mouse" and an expensive german "Fein" multi-tool -- They both vibrate a lot, so are a bit tiring to use for longer periods.

I've not crossed the line into actual "production" runs of small parts, but I'm still thinking seriously about getting one of the small "Mirka" air orbital polishers-

"Sapere Aude"... Dare to KNOW!

I also use a Velcro pad on a cordless drill. But it's a little heavy and awkward to use. I can't seem to find these zen tools in the UK?

That does look good!  I've got a range of mostly heath robinson polishers.  I have a big 6" bosch polisher, a 4" and a 2" flexi-pad that has Velcro waffle mops that I use with a hand drill and a polishing wheel on the bench grinder.  I have tried the polishing pads in the dremel but it takes too long!

Hi cheers, it does look a good bit of kit. I just hope it's comfortable to you one handed.

See if you can find something like the Zentool ZEN-12EM. Not cheap but a great piece of kit. You will definitely want a Dual Action type polisher for doing fiddly little bits.

Hi , as the title really. All my parts are small and ideally need one hand to hold the part and one hand on a pollisher. But a 4" grinder type is to big and heavy to use one handed.

At the moment I use a 4" pollisher that I have clamped on edge on the bench, it works but if I catch the part wrong when spinning it fly across the workshop lol!

The best idea I can think is like a 2" air pollisher gun shape hand held thing. But then air isn't a great option for me and can't find one in electric?

Thanks in advance
