This is a rather innovative approach to internal pressure equalization by Felt Bicycles. Does anyone understand exactly how this works? I'm not quite clear on how the internal urethane foam 'intensifier' is removed after the part is made. Is it melted out or simply broken up and pulled out?

Its basically what's been dome in f1 for the last couple of years

your cosmetic ply will be put in your outer mould

All your internal formers are 3d printed ot stereo

They are rub down,sealed and released and your variour internal laminates are layer up on them.

They are then fitted into the frame mould an the hole lots bagged an cooked

There is enough expansion from the former to give an excellent Finnish

once cured if you heat up higher to 140 ish the 3d goes like marsh mellow and you just pull it out
