Group: Forum Members Posts: 4, Visits: 13	I started a company called KarbonWorx primarily manufacturing carbon fiber sunglasses. They've been my project for a while and after I finished modifying my car I fell in love with molding and making carbon fiber. I have them available on Amazon and my website, and if anyone is interested here I'd happily make a special coupon for enthusiasts such as us. I cut these from sheets and measure and shape them all by hand and push rivet in the hinges and sand it down. It takes a good bit of time but it is a really fun process and I really think you guys will like them. I mold car parts when I'm doing projects for my car and I've broken my glasses too many times - so I figured, dude, duh. My prescription lenses are in mine and my sunglasses are cut from a white carbon fiber base. Attached are pics of two of my close friends nice enough to model for me wearing my glasses. And here's a closer view of the actual glasses because carbon is best admired within a short distance. There's a few options for lenses currently for black frames. White are just blue and teal. Group: Forum Members Posts: 4, Visits: 13	Hey Richie! I order the sheets from a manufacturer; as I don't have the equipment to make the thicker sheets I need. I use a CNC router to cut my shapes and then use a Dremel and other tools to shape them as required. Thanks, Derek
