How to prepreg mould ??

Hello
I've tried googling and searching here on the forum, but find no good answer
I need to make molds for prepreg that can handle 130 degrees celsius

how-to? can someone explain in detail? step by step what you need for the material and how to do and what to think about

First thing I would be thinking about is does it really NEED to handle 130 degrees? Is that the cure temp of that specific pre-preg? Can it not be cured lower, at all? 

Reason being, if you can get it down to about 100 degrees, or even 120ish if you're doing a small production run, then your more regular tooling systems like EC's Unimould become an option. These are very affordable, easy to work with, and can produce very high quality parts. 

If the MUST cure at 130, then your options become a bit limited. You will need to be looking at something like a machined aluminium mould, machine some epoxy tooling block and make a pre-preg mould off that. You can also get high temperature tooling epoxy, like Airtech TFS5001. These are all mind bogglingly expensive options, so unless you're looking at doing a full production run I wouldn't even consider them.

I checked it could cure between 80 and 130 degrees Do I need to produce molds of carbon fiber or works with fiberglass?

As Hanaldo said, up to 1oo degrees puts you in the range of EC's Unimould system, so this would do you just fine

You can produce some excellent moulds using this, as long as you follow the guidelines correctly
