How would you take a mould from this?

I'm certain that others with a bit more experience will offer up some good suggestions as and when you get to that stage, but it does look like a part that might need making from pre-preg fabric if done in a single piece, with a bit of heat applied to help conform to the shape

Failing that and assuming dry fabric won't lay down right, perhaps you could look at carefully cut and jointed strips, although I'm guessing it'd be a challenge to get it looking neat?

It would be ok done with two pieces of fabric then put the cut down in the tight corner.

you would need to fix the cloth with something (spraytack)or use the pro carbon to get a sharp cut , then getting this to sit would require the cloth to be warmed and softened with a hair dryer/ heat gun.

it's not easy to do but gets nice results.
