@2% you need 20g per 1kg of tooling resin so for 10kg that would be 200g, therefore 20kg needs 400g which you can do by volume and still be accurate enough so that's 400ml.
2.16sqm will use about 3.9kg of chopped strand mat (2.16[total surface area] x450[weight per sqm of the matting] x4[number of layers] = 3.888 ~^ 3.9) a good rule of thumb with the tooling resin is to double the weight of resin to the mat so this comes out at 7.8kg, you will need some left to have in reserve if it consumes more than expected so a 10kg pack would be right for that job.
Mix it up in 2kg batches as your working as this will mean that you won't have a big catalysed batch in the bucket, which could exotherm and cure quicker than you are working!
