Hi All,
I'm building a light aircraft, and I have to make a bonnet from scratch as the engine I will use has never been installed in this particular flying machine.
It has a shape quite different from the Rotax engine the manufacturer of the kit usually proposes because there is no gearbox and the prop axis is in line with the cylinders.

Here is a picture of my aeroplane, the actual engine support is temporary, just for checking if the engine and balancing is OK.

I too am attempting to make aeroplane parts. I'm just in the middle of making my first part: some lightweight seats. They should save me around 14kgs! Initial result is quite promising.....
