I think I may have polished the wax too hard, now that you mention it. I also think I didn't let the last coat of wax sit long enough according to the label, before laying up the mold.

Thanks for bringing that up. I think that I will switch back to PVA to be safe.

Sorry if I posted my question in the wrong forum... The forum description says "If you'd like to ask us a technical question, please search this forum first; if you can't find the answer then please post your question as a new topic here." I am an easy composites customer, I just ordered and received the resin infusion starter kit, and have been looking to order all of my supplies from easy composites, but the hazardous material shipping charges to the US on the resins and other chemicals have kept me from ordering. 

I will use the Advanced Composites Forum from now on, I didn't know I was supposed to post in that forum. Thanks for the clarifying.

No problem at all. I appreciate that the split of the forum into an Easy Composites support section (staffed by myself and colleagues) and then a general forum (not staffed by ourselves) is a little confusing. We are of course very much hear to help you with any queries you have on your Easy Composites products and if there's a bit of overlap with products from other manufacturers then we'll try to help there too but it is a little harder.
