Hello,
I'm making my airbox for my bike. I did the mould but I don't know quite right which technique to apply for the airbox making: the infusion or the bagging.
What can you advise me for my project?
Here my mould:
Thanks in advance

infusion can be done but i personally have learned to hate it since all the dry fabric is a pain to handle and get into the contours. The best way for such an intricate part as that would be prepreg since you can cut pieces to fit perfectly into the curvatures and then easily massage them into the corners. If I was working with that mold I would try some sort of in mold coating so that you have some good tacky base to lay the dry fibers onto. There appears to be no flanges on your molds so it makes infusion very tricky.

Are you wanting to make a clear carbon part or is it painted with a solid colour when made?
