When you post cure a mold, do you need to take the part out of it first or do you post cure with the part still in it?  For example, I'm molding hoods and I want to leave the hood in the mold so once it cures I can mold the other side?  So do I leave the hood in the mold, post cure and then mold the other side or do I remove the hood, post cure, put the hood back in, mold that then post cure again while the part is sandwiched inside?  Or will I need to split the molds, remove the part, and then post cure the newly molded half seperately?

I hope what I'm asking makes sense.

Ok, I wondered about that.  How much time do you have to post cure once a mold goes through the ambient temp cure process?  Reason I ask is that if I'm molding a front and back of a part, it could be 24 hours+ that the first half would have already been molded and cured before the post cure process would start with both halves molded.
