[UPDATE]

The complete tutorial is now live on Youtube. For expert tuition on prepreg carbon fibre composites you can now watch our 22 minute guide to Prepreg/Dry Carbon Fibre Parts. This video focusses on how to make complex parts from multi-part moulds. We're currently working on a Beginners Guide to Prepreg Carbon Fibre which will cover lots more background in terms of storage, out-life, suitable tooling, curing etc. so make sure you're subscribed to our YouTube chanel to see that video as soon as it's available.

Don't forget to watch in glorius 1080p HD!

How to Make Prepreg/Dry Carbon Fibre Parts (Carbon Fiber Airbox Pt. 3)

[/UPDATE]

Hi Everyone,

It's less often I get a chance to be on the forum these days; we're just working on so many exciting things that there just don't seem to be the hours in the day. However, one project which I'm pleased to say is now complete is the 3rd and final instalment in our Carbon Fibre Airbox Tutorial series.

Although we thought this one would be easy to put together, it's actually proved to be one of the most demanding, especially in terms of editing, but, now it's done I'm very proud of it.

The tutorial itself is a full 22 minutes of expert guidance on out-of-autoclave prepreg carbon fibre. As usual, we've provided all the guidance we can possibly fit it, I really hope it inspires people to consider working with our incredible prepregs for forthcoming projects.

I'll be uploading the whopping 4GB video to Youtube tonight so the complete edit will be available to watch tomorrow but in the meantime I couldn't resist uploading a few seconds from the very end of the video which shows the airbox being fitted to the car and then how we spent last Saturday afternoon adding a bit of fun to the end of the video!

I've uploaded it to Vimeo which does a little more justice to my hard work!

Can't wait as well!
I'll post it on my facebookpage as well, I know many of my followers are waiting for this video!

Btw Matt, Try to export your videos as H.264,  I get the best results using that format for online videos should be less than 1gb then
