Group: Forum Members Posts: 10, Visits: 55	hi, I need someone to make some carbon fibre panels for me, I have tried loads of times and failed so giving up and asking for help. The panel needs to be 110cm long and 60cm wide and I need two of them. Both panels need a right angle in them lengthways, I need a 6cm section, a 90 degree bend followed by a 54cm long section - so basically a big bit of angle strip with a panel attached. they need to be fairly rigid, three layers should do it - I would like the outer in carbon for cosmetics reasons and the inner support layers in fibreglass chop strand to save ££ - I can supply most of the required materials. the intended purpose of these panels is as interior car door cards - the factory door card had been removed due to fitting bucket seats and the inside skin of the car door has been cut out so now a flat panel is needed with a right angle horizontally to meet the window by the drivers shoulder.
