so you say my error was to quickly to open in full vacuuming and let resin to flow? and 10 min to degass only? yes?
No.
i thought maybe bag was not pushed to a corner that why bubles trapped - strange i checked and gauges showed good vacuuming and side where good.
Exactly. The fabric wasn't in contact with the mold surface in the edges and corners, there was an empty space between the fabric and the mold, that's where all the resin went, starving the part and trapping a lot of air bubbles.

vacuuming bag was without air like 2-3 hours.

Looks like a couple of things, the bridging has caused a flow path for the resin, a couple of air bubbles in the inlet pipe maybe but more likely just air bubbles trapped as the resin flowed so quickly in that area.
Did you de-gas? there are lots of little bubbles everywhere so that would suggest you didn't
How long did you pull the vacuum before infusing? I've had that sort of poor finish when I didn't leave it long enough before infusing.
The general poor surface finish may be part of the above but most likely the part infused too quickly so couldn't wet out properly (combination of the bridging flow path and too quick a mesh / lack of damn at the outlet?
