I'm currently building a race BMX out of 6061 alloy and want to develop some carbon front forts, what would be the best method to use.

I have to connect alloy dropouts to the lower part of the forks and use a steel stem for the headstock at the top.

Id appreciate any advice you can give, the type of carbon fiber to use ( currently used Molded hi-density 4K carbon woven legs), how many layers required. the epoxy to use to bond the alloy drop-outs and steel stem.

Thank you
