15°C is not enough of temperature to make composites in a good way... I would never start working on a project when my room temperatures are under 20°C
Like Hanaldo says it would need to cure for more than 2 days before demoulding. Even at 25°C I wait 2 days

My suspicion would certainly be temperature. I would be letting it cure for 24 hours at 25 degrees, if you're at 15 degrees I think you need to either heat it up a bit (best solution) or just leave it longer (48-72 hours). You could try post-curing it in an oven now that you've already demoulded.

Looks like your gelcoat was too thin.
I don't find those flow indicators very useful for finding leaks at all, certainly not any that you can't hear anyway. I do however find it quite useful for determining when the air has been completely evacuated, as mine always spin for a fair time after the bag has pulled completely tight.
