Could you please tell me can you put high build primer through spray gun if so do you mix with thinners 

Depending on the size of your nozzle (aye aye) you shouldn't need to thin it down, just sprays like normal 2k paint

I can see a "my nozzle is bigger than your nozzle" debate starting

As said a 1.5mm in a gravity gun will lay it down nicely. If your using a suction gun then you may have to thin it a tad.
Please use the correct mask and ppe suitable for 2k, it is nasty stuff and can/will kill you if not treated with respect.
