looks great!

infusion or prepreg?

what did you do to solve the tank vent issue? both for pressure and vacuum?

Also how about the issue with ethanol deterioration? Perhaps they have access to etoh free race fuels?!

I used infusion and the cap is vented so that saved me fitting a breather pipe, the bike will use race fuel so no ethanol issues but i did seal the tank with one of Caswells products.

Hi Chris

Yeah, I'd like to see your mould. It's always good to see larger, more complicated moulds.

Thats awesome.  Can I ask how many hours (days) of work that took?  I always like seeing other peoples mouldings.  Knowing how much time and effort go into mine I'm kinda curious about how long other people take with theirs.  It'd tell me if I fanny about too much!

I would say around five/six days in total including mould making but then again i seem to fanny about too much also Smile

That looks cool as! Love it.

Any chance of a pic of the underside? Just to see how the top and bottom are joined together?

How many layers is that made up from?

Craig

Hi Craig
Sorry i did not take a pic of the underside but  i can take some images of the moulds if that helps, I used 5 layers of carbon and placed Kevlar in the stack at strategic points.
