can you use the epoxy rapid repair resin with carbon cloths instead of the el2 lamininating resin and can i use a syringe to mix the ratios instead of scales

Hi,

Yes you can use the rapid repair resin if the extra stength is something you need. Just be aware of the shorter pot life.

We do not recommend mixing by volume.  The ratios are all based on weight.  You can re-calculate the ratio using the densities on the datasheet if you wish but its another place where you could introduce an error.
