Hello guys we just made video where we show detailed information on carbon fiber wrap from material till job everything step by step. Perfect job and perfect part finish. We worked this compilation after 8 years tests and fails.

Now thinking for how much to star sales for this dvd?

(in a video you could see hard part as bmw f10 front bumper wrap in carbon with middle section connection.)

Like you say it's all about having the good materials, then you have some trial and error. I dont think you need to buy videos to understand working with composites.
It's more about trial and error and some reading and good, free, videos on youtube, vimeo,... to understand the basics.

But anyways good luck Wink

I agree. With so many free sources out there, I'm not too sure this will be very successful. Everything I've learned about composites was through extensive search and research and most people tend to go that way too. Only thing I would be willing to pay for is a hands-on course (like the one offered by EasyComposites) where you can actually get your hands dirty and get real time feedback from somebody. As you said, it took you 8 years to master this and making a video wouldn't be THAT helpful to somebody new who is just starting. I know from experience that things don't always go as planned, even after watching videos. Free videos. Just sayin'...

I could save some one years of time wasting making mistakes using expensive materials, from basic laminating bonding what types of resin to use, making gel coats using fillers and using carbon fibre material and showing problems as they acccur. I live in Bournemouth Dorset.

Being a relative newbie to composites, as stated above, it was the attempts and learning from my c*** ups that got me where I am. I used the easy composites videos to get the principles and processes, but it's not until you have the gum tape and vac bag in your hands that you really understand what is going on.

we tryed resins and composites 8 years and that super hudge time and after lots oftests we found perfect lamination way and resin. so in that dvd that we bought already is main think for us not how to wrap part types and etc but main thing resin that is the best where you do not need to run like crazy with heat gun to take out bubbles at that is total nonsence.

Who be interested please PM for dvd

So it's more about where to buy resins?

course shows how to wrap as example front bumper in carbon , how to do joins, what resin best for wrap, and etc. trust me if i had this video long time ago that would save me 8 years and tons of resins and etc.

Matt main think right resin for wrap that is hardest to choose everything else like you say simple. after we made first part it looked like carbon 3D like a glass.
