I'm relatively new to mould making and composites and would need some help with understanding how to go about making a mould of a rear view car mirror cover. What I don't currently understand it how do you guys deal with the bit which is actually on the inside of the cover (around the actual mirror) which is lightly angled and needs to be visually as perfect as the outside of the cover since it's the most visible part for people sitting in the car... I currently don't see a way how this would be achievable with a single mould, but not sure how would I make the final part look perfect and visually flawless if using two mould system and had to glue two CF parts together...? I'm planning on using resin infusion method for this project..

Attached picture hopefully gives you a better idea of what I mean!

Thanks.
