Hi all,

Right I have to make a carbon/foam/nomex sandwich beam. Now I have made plenty before with prepregs and film adhesives but never with wet-lay up!

         My questions are:- Can I one shot this or will there be issues with the resin from the top filling the cells? (I have thought adding fillers to resin to but would rather not )                                       
                                       Has anyone ever bonded foam core to nomex honeycomb?                                                                            
                               

The part will be vacuumed bagged and I'm not worried about print through because of the one shot cure.
