I am developing a project with a wing included.
The wing core is balsa wood and I need to increase stiffness area.
I think to reinforce with carbon fiber. Over this material I will paste several solar cells.
I milled a wing profile in foam with a 3D router milling.
I think to use your mould kit to create a mould and I will make carbon fiber process according your <<Carbon mods>> videos.
What do you think about this procedure?

Hi Marak,
I may be able to help. I produce carbon wings for model team racers.
What is the shape of your wing ? how long? how wide at root? and tip.
My wings are made in a alloy mould. I use a Rohacell core and carbon skins.
Here is a couple of pictures of what I make.

i bet this is called serious work.
I could stare at that for hours.
Is it spread tow fabric or simply a paint scheme?
