I'm doing some research on core materials, in order to make some computations and preview properties of my sandwich structures.
Last year I used aluminium honeycomb to build composite laminates, with prepreg carbon fiber. Right now I'm trying get theorethical results, to see if it's similar to the experimental values that I have.
I have some doubts about the datasheets of the aluminium honeycomb of Easy Composites (and also about most of the companies that I can find in the internet), because to use Classical Laminate Theory I need Young Modulus in Longitudinal and Transverse Directions, Flexural Modulus and Poisson Ratio. I can't find these in the datasheets. Is there some values that I can get, so I can use the refered theory to have theoretical values? The values of Plate Shear Modulus in longitudinal and transversal directions aren't Young Modulus values, right?
