Hi,
I have been using epoxy gelcoat/resin and I need to purchase more and I have seen that polyster is rather cheap.

How bad is the shrinkade of polyster resin/gelcoat when you’re doing molds ?
It it anything you can do to prevent it ? Curing time ? Heat ?

What do you recommend epoxy or polyster? I’m thinking of buying polyster from a manufacturer in my home country rather then buy the uni-mold system, because of shipping costs

Best regards

Thank you so much for the answer. Found a way to buy the uni-mould system. I didn't´t know that yuzu had to wait so long for polyster so I'm very thankful for your answer. As you said save money time wise.
