Hi,
We've been having problems connecting the oven OV301 with the pc.
We tried to reinstall the drivers given in your website, and everything is updated (We tried with different computers)
We also tried the auto detect mode but no adress is detected, even though, doing this starts a red light in our USB-SR485 CABLE.
When we try to connect it is cancelled 2 seconds after without changes in the monitor
The fan and the heater of the Oven are woking.
We don´t know if it is a problem with the sofware or maybe a connection in the Oven.
