Thank you so much for your excellent tutorials and help when phoning.  I was so inspired by your river flow table that I decided to jump in and have a go.  My local sawmill was so helpful in givng me a piece of beautiful wood and this is the result. Not perfect but I have learnt such a lot from this first attempt.  Onward to a larger table.

Nice looking bit of woodwork.  Very few people get things perfect every time, and to be brutally honest, with natural products like wood, the odd imperfection is not really an issue.
