Gtr one of the biggest  (an best)composite firms in the country now run a training programme 
Think it's 2 yrs,you will be a genuine trainee (Not slave labour !!!)
Think it's 2yrs with a job at the end if you complete
Know the people who planned/run the course an they REALLY know their stuff and as you progress you will be making real conponents in a real environment
Other training courses from a day to 2 weeks are a joke really if you actually want a career
What they show you,and how it's actually done in the real world are night and day apart
If you do think about a course ask the trainer where they have worked,what they have done ????
Should tell you all you need to know
Where are you based ??

Trust me if your already in the job the 2/3/4 or 5 day courses aren't going to teach you anything !
What u doing at the moment and what do you need to learn ??
