Well I've been lurking in the background now for some time and thought I'd better say hello. What a great site you lot have here Smile

Bit of history........I'm a toolmaker by trade and work for BAE Systems making carbon mould tools, vac routing fixtures etc during the day on my 5 axis milling machine and ( sad I know!!!!! ) take some of the composites interest home with me as well. I've done a few small projects mainly in polyester resins wet lay but now getting hooked on the carbon side and infusion. Most of the projects I've been doing are for my second interest......carsWink

Just a few pics of things I've done so far;

Thumbgrips for Renault sport steering wheels, replaces the rubber ones that fall off!!!!

Front splitter for my car & mould;

All going well my aim is to make a carbon splitter soonSmile

Keep up the good work,

Phil
