Hello fellow composite makers!

I want to get some advice on making a carbon fiber box.. let's start with something easy like a base and 4 walls.. square, rectangular (not fussed).

But wanting to know the best process of doing this.. Is it possible to make a mould and resin infusion the whole thing to make it one piece ?

Thankyou!

Realistically a 2 piece mould otherwise you will struggle to demould it with vertical edges. Once you have a mould, you could wet lay, infuse or pre-preg.  All 3 would work.

Which option depends on equipment  available, experience and  the size and hence practicality of one method over the other.
