I wouldn't use vacuum if I were doing it, I'd use shrink wrap. Might not even need that though, if you just follow the regular skinning instructions in EC's latest skinning tutorial then a bottle shouldn't be so complex that you need anything more than the tack of the resin to hold the fabric in place.
