Hi guys...
I'm beginning to be very happy with the result I get with the resin infusion but I still have a problem ... in the photos I have attached there is a piece of a ducati 1098, the surface I think is of good standard but in some points there are "mysterious" and deep resin accumulation that I can't understand ..
can you help me ??
Thanks so much
Manuel (SORRY for my English..sorry !!!

hi guys...
thanks for the precious advice,
I will try not to mix release agents..
Sorry Dravis, why do you write that "
the infusion stack DOES NOT bridge any tight corners " ??
Matthieu.....i have see all your video even before to subscribe me in "talkcomposites".. you are like a ROCKSTAR, the ROCKSTAR of composites for me !!
I'm kidding but your work is amazing,a
real inspiration !
So..i use always spray tack, a little bit on the mould and a little bit on the layer

Glad you like my videos
and looks like a nice part you are making!
Try making a part without spray tack and all your problems will be solved
I know it's much harder but use the vacuum to keep everyting in place at the end while bagging the piece.
Noticed that the spray tack leaves a white tint to the resin on bridged spots. If just using resin
it will be fully transparant in the worst case. What you could do is sand the "white" resin away till your back on the carbonfiber.
Or do it again like I said without the spray tack
I only use it when I'm sure I wont have any bridging issues
Good luck!
