Hi guys...
I'm beginning to be very happy with the result I get with the resin infusion but I still have a problem ... in the photos I have attached there is a piece of a ducati 1098, the surface I think is of good standard but in some points there are "mysterious" and deep resin accumulation that I can't understand ..
can you help me ??
Thanks so much
Manuel (SORRY for my English..sorry !!! Tongue)

Hi!

I mostly use EC "EasyLease" chemical release agent ..   or just 5- 6- layers of EC wax ..

I never "mix" release agents  ..

I spend a lot of time getting the CF fabric in to corners of the mould, drawing a bit of vacuum to ensure that the infusion stack (CF layers + peel-ply + infusion mesh) does not bridge any tight corners.
