This is just going to be peoples opinions about what they have used haha. To contribute though:

I normally use Duratec Sunshield when coating carbon. Either in-mould or post-finished, it's brilliant stuff. Super tough, high solids, great chemical resistance, UV inhibiting. Possibly the only downside is that when post-finishing, it can spray down a touch too orange peely. It's possible to spray it nice and flat, but it takes some practice with a high quality conventional or LVLP spray gun (not HVLP).

Otherwise, I also use DNA Diamond Clear. High solids 2k polyurethane that sprays very similarly to the Duratec, but easier to get a flat finish. Also nice and tough, but not quite as chemical resistant and I'm a bit wary of its temperature capabilities as well. Seems to be ok up to about 120ish anyway. Sprays really really well, excellent flow and great overspray reabsorption. Will gas if applied too heavily.

Honestly, I think there's bucket loads of great clear coats. I've also used Baslac HS, Spralac HS, Glasurit (top quality but SUPER expensive), Metalux MS and HS. Would rate all of them. I'm more of a fan of HS paint systems, but the MS systems are ok too.
