Hi all,

I understand PU is relatively resistant to solvent welding but I was wondering if anybody has had any success with it?  In particular I'm trying to weld PU plastic generated from this resin:  Xencast P6 Fast Cast Polyurethane Casting Resin

I've tried methyl chloride, ethanol, isopropanol, and acetone (all lab grade/pure).  Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.  The VM100 Black 10min Methacrylate Adhesive looks interesting.  I was looking at other non-solvent options based on PU including Gorilla Glue and Titebond, but noticed they swell as they cure.  I'm not sure if that's the case for VM100?  I'm trying to make a watertight enclosure -- do you think VM100 could create a watertight seal?
