Hi all
Does anyone know how/where to get hold of this fabric or is it only available to industry users in bulk?
If so, does EC have any future plans to add a spread tow fabric to the range with a resin binder akin to Profinish?

Easy enough to apply a spray adhesive and get the same effect.

Ah, that seemed too simple a solution
Will give it a go, but wasn't certain if it would be enough to allow neat jointing and trimming, along with helping to conform to a few curves (nothing too extreme, though)

It does work well. It's perhaps not quite as stable as the epoxy bound Textreme, but it's enough to allow you to cut it neatly and handle it without it falling apart.
If you need it to be really stable so you can make intricate cuts etc. then the best thing to do is apply spray adhesive to the b-side and then place a second layer on top of that, either regular carbon or spread-tow or even just fibreglass. That will be very stable, but you'll lose a lot of conformability.

A great idea, I like it.
Cheers Hanaldo
I'd still like to try the Textreme fabric, though, so would be interested to know if it is readily available

If easycomposites don't do (or can't get hold of) Textreme, then places like

edit: and
