Yep, definitely a challenge for the first time round - I've made the mold with the green gelcoat / putty, and I'm trying out combinations of twaron, diolen, biaxial carbon, and EL2 and EF80 resins. Might end up doing two-part molds as its hard to get all the layers in that I want without the voids and bubbles.
