It depends on your compressor but you are wanting to be between 60-100PSI using the standard nozzle as supplied.
Hold the gun approximately 50cm from the surface and use a gentle sweeping action across the mould.
You will probably need to adjust the pressure to suit your compressor as they are all slightly different. We would recommend a practice on a scrap panel of some kind to help you get the "feel" of the gun and get an even coverage.
In terms of usage you will use 3-400g per square meter for a typical coverage of 0.3-0.4mm, however you will need to mix approximately 500g for each square meter to cover wastage.
