buy a length of stainless steel thin walled pipe the same diameter as the outside of the tube you want to make.

Get someone with a tube bender to bend it to the correct shape...  Polish and wax ...

make a mold from it ...  split along the length ...   A strong mold ...

Lay up inside .. use a bicycle inner tube to compress the layup from the inside ...

You can even thread CF braided hose onto the tube,  for added convenience ..

Good luck ..

I would use a 2 piece mold with an internal air bladder to compress onto the surface.  Parting line will be key to getting it right.

Have someone CNC you two aluminium female mould halves and use the bladder process with bicycle inner tube as mentioned.

This way you have a much more durable mould and instant without the work of making a composite mould (which is less durable too).

That would be the ultimate way of doing it but expensive. You would have to sell quite a few sets just to cover the cost of the moulds.
I'm guessing they are at least 1m long, that's a decent size billet required, plus programming, plus machining and finishing.
On average I have to sell around 5-10 parts depending on size just to cover the cost of a poly mould when you include labour.

Like the pipe bender idea, hasnt got to be stainless but stainless will give you a very nice finnish

split mould will be easy just hollow out solid backing board and drop pattern in an liquid shim fit with filler

Don't worry about bike inner tubes just internal bag with normal bag-lot easier !

How would you go about vacuum bagging?  Isn't it a bit hard to get everything out once cured as you cant get your hands in?

cover your internal bag with release film, don't worry about breather

When its cured just pull out from one end you shouldn't get any stick ups
