We have had reports of people having success using the Uni-Mould at higher temperatures, especially with smaller moulds in which the parts cure quickly. However, some customers have also had problems exceeding the recommended temperature. Common problems can include blistering due to trapped air, print through due to softening and also rapid wear and break up of the moulds. So we would always recommend staying within the recommended limitations to be on the safe side. if you choose to go higher, you would need to take great care to balance the risk of damaging the mould.
We are investigating if we can reasonably take the Uni-Mould to higher temperatures as well as we are looking into and testing higher temperature tooling products to provide a more reliable solution.
As soon as we have a better solution for higher temperatures, we will be sure to let everyone know.
