Pictures will definitely be useful as it could be a simple gel coat repair or need a new skin of carbon.

Hi and welcome. Some pictures of the damage will help with suggesting the best way forward. How much experience do you have working with CF?

Hello to all, I am in the middle of a major rebuild of my bike at present.with one sticking point.the carbon end can has some damage ( a deep scratch ) which I would like sort out.either by repairing or replacing.I would appreciate it if you could guide me in the right direction as to what products to use. I would prefer to resleeve if poss the od is approx 100mm length is approx 450mm. Shame your tubing doesn't go that big problem solved.the scratch has reached the fabric but not punctured it.if I were to repair it all the work would be hidden anyway.reason I'm going to such lengths is that the manufacturer is no longer trading.trying to keep bike looking from that era.without putting a out of place modern alternative on it.all replies appreciated.
