So a while back I started my carbon fiber projects and I had a lot of flat samples (15cmx15cm) I decided to modify my Nixon rotolog watch to express my carbon fiber love.  If I were to do this again I would have them cut out on a water jet or something similar as by hand I can't perfectly match nixon's panels. a note also to anyone else wanting to do this the carbon fiber inserts are 3 layers of 3k twill weave carbon fiber 5.7oz (i am in the usa so that is about 150gram) manufactured using resin infusion at near 1 bar of vacuum.   please forgive the poor quality pic but my cell phone isn't exactly a dslr Ermm.

Sorry I am a watch guy and assume everyone is as well.  Here is a picture of it stock from the company website.  My watch the white panels had lost there shine from all the cars I work on and not talking off my watch.  So imagine slightly gray panels.  That is why I replaced them with carbon fiber even though I liked the look of the white a lot.
