Hello,
As part of an art project I wish to take a moulding from the beach to include pebbles and sand formation at low tide.
Could you please advise what product would be suitable to accomplish this task..
The image size I would wish to produce would be
4'X2' and 6'x3'. How much would I need in the way of materials.
Thanks Kieran

We don't have any casting/pouring materials that would work in a damp environment. I'd imagine some form of plaster of paris might work.

Warren is right plaster paris would work fine. You might want to embed some strips of burlap bag strips to strengthen it. A few pieces of lumber also.
That is how they capture Dinosaur bones.
