Hi
I found some decent looking metal bowl and I decided to copy it. It will be glued from 2 parts, inner and outer skin. Here I attach some pics. I will uptade as it will go. I placed it on glass with bagging tape as I didn't have wax or plasticine. I use poly resin and vinylester gel from local supplier. As for now I used 100g of gelcoat.

Didn't really have time before but I demoulded mould after 2 hours in fridge-oven, it works perfectly, there is one problem, to help myself I hit the mould with rubber hammer and maybe because of accelarated curing there are some micro cracs on the bottom of bowl Sad(( I haven't decided wheter use this mould or prepare new one. I want to avoid as much as I could post-work with cf part ( clearcoating and sanding).
Theorethicly I could produce nice cf part within 5h. Sorry for quality of those pics, camera in samsung tab2 sucks
