Hi ! I was talking with my supplier and he recommended me to use epoxy gelcoat to make moulds as it is better, stiffer etc. but if you use epoxy gelcoat you have to use epoxy resin and woven glass as a reinforcement so the price would be really high, so I started to think, we have in Poland epoxy resin called epidian 53 and it is normal epoxy but the catalyst/hardener contains styrine, so I though, that I could use epoxy gelcoat, epidian and as a reinforcement CSM. Epidian is really cheap, it coasts about 15 euro for 1kg with hardener. So guys, what do you think about doing mould like this? Will it work? Thanks for answer. Sorry for my enlish

I always use a vinylester. It's fast, cheap, chemical/heat resistent and works well with epoxy and polyester parts
