easy-lease and the inner 'lid'

Hi, I have recently started using easy-lease release agent.  The tin had an 'inner' lid which I found very difficult to remove, I had to very carefully pry it out with a stanly knife, there did not seem to be any instructions anywhere for removing this lid.  What is the best way for removing these lids, also does the inner lid need to be put back between uses, or can it be discarded?
Many thanks, lee.

One other question, would it be possible to put the mould cleaner in a diffrent coloured tin, or at least a diffrent coloured label, I made the mistake of putting mould cleaner on my part insted of release agent (the tins look identical), thus assume it has removed all previous layers of release and had to start again.

Generally piercing is the best way although they can be prised out with a blade.

In terms of containers, the colours of the containers are down to the fact they are UN spec containers for shipping purposes and hence come in certain colours.

I will pass it on up the chain as we may be able to change the colour on the labels which may help if it turns out to be a common problem.
