Will silicone sealant interfere with infusion epoxy?

So, I have a large split mould that I'm bringing together to finally infuse. I've ran a bead of silicone between the mating flanges to help defend against air ingress. A tiny bit of silicone squeezed out onto the mould surface.

I've cleaned it back with acetone and seek the advice of the group. I know epoxy doesn't like to play well with the other children -will there be an adverse reaction when I come to infuse? This is a complex layup with a lot of layers and I don't want to cause myself issues. Any ideas?

Thanks
Mark

I am planning a split mould too, and was thinking I will go one of two ways. Either envelope bag the whole thing like matthieu said, probably easiest and will result in least headaches....

Or I was thinking just put a length of tacky tape between the mould halves, then bolt together. I dont know why you would even use silicon. It is horrible with epoxy. If u acetone cleaned it it should be fine.
