I want to make some doors.

Hi guys and girls
I am looking at building some light weight doors for a race truck and was wanting some advice on the layup. I will be infusing the parts, making an inner and outer skin and would like a carbon outer finish..
The catch is it is, they are for an off road vehicle and likely to fall on its side and hit trees and such (don't panic it has a roll cage) so kevlar will also be important to keep the boys safe from the carbon.  and I will not be needing the window frame
I am not concerned about the life of the door against the trees but would like to have them able to open and close regularly without falling apart.
And is reusable silicon bagging worth looking at for the more complicated inside skin?
So any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers for that, I shall have a nosey at your lay up
Yeah I understand that they will be a throw away item,
But I am still keen to do them due to the steel ones being difficult to open and painful when they close on you on big leans while getting out for winching..

So my main question is, Is a reusable silicon bag worth while? for the more complex inside skin.... The outer should be easy.
