Two tiny questions: "V" weave and spray adhesive

Hello, I found a carbon fibre cloth which already looks like the finished "V" weave on this website.
Do you think it's a good carbon fibre cloth? 3K4X4TW50-V (V 4x4 Twill)

My second question is about this spray adhesive from Airtech.
I don't use a gelcoat and I'm searching a spray adhesive which causes as less surface imperfections as possible.
Do you think this spray adhesive could be the right choice?

I use infusion with no gel coat on all my items then clear coat them.... My parts are very large and complex so I have the bags occasionally fail slightly which leaves pinholes, these parts would be scrap if they were gel coated but with raw resin I can do a heavy clear coat and recover them.

Also clear coat gives a glossier finish which is a must on car panels

I always stick one side of the V weave down first with great effort to get it straight and true, then I overlap the second layer to give the join strength... its not exactly easy, but it is acheivable

Looks great! When you pul the newly infused part out to the mold do you sand much before clearcoating? What grit? Thanks.
